Array Tomography is a high-resolution proteomic imaging technology capable of mapping dozens of unique protein markers in situ, through volumes of tissues. Quantitative 3D protein localization data can be obtained at the diffraction limit of light microscopy with up to 50-nm axial resolution, which is essential for extracting meaningful structural and protein localization data. The same specimen can be subsequently imaged with Electron Microscopy and the fluorescence molecular localization data overlaid on electron micrographs.
